The S.A.R.T. performed a drop test! We were pretty sure our robot would survive, but we’d never done a proper test before. We figured, now that we have our robot together again, why not give it a shot?
Overall, it was a success. The robot survived. The board and all the sensors continued to function. The only problem, as you might notice if you watch the video, is that we lost a wheel.

Have a look at the hub in the photo below. When it was printed, it was printed with a really low infill setting. This meant there was no structural integrity and allowed the hub to compress and then break when it hit the ground.

The good thing is, all we need to do is print another hub. This time with the right settings!
This was a resounding success!
